If you are a participant in our Players Club program, we may share certain limited information about you with other businesses with which we contract, who may contact you as part of a third party promotional program. The information we share with them such as your name, telephone number and address is gathered solely from your participation in the Players Club program.

Notwithstanding anything herein, we may also share your information when we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) comply with legal process or other legal requirements of any governmental authorities including but not limited to gaming regulations; (2) protect and defend our rights and property; (3) enforce our rights; or (4) protect the interest of users of this website other than you or any other person.
