If you are a participant in our Club Fun program, we may share certain limited information about you with other businesses with which we contract, who may contact you as part of a third party promotional program. The information we share with them such as your name, telephone number and address is gathered solely from your participation in the Club Fun program.
Notwithstanding anything herein, we may also share your information when we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) comply with legal process or other legal requirements of any governmental authorities including but not limited to gaming regulations; (2) protect and defend our rights and property; (3) enforce our rights; or (4) protect the interest of users of this website other than you or any other person. When you park at BHCR we may collect information about the vehicle you park including an image of the vehicle, the vehicle’s make, model, and license plate number. For example, we collect license plate information through technology known as “Automatic License Plate Recognition” (which captures the images of a vehicle license plates and related information such as time/date of image capture) for various safety, security and fraud prevention purposes, among others.
Video Surveillance
We use video surveillance systems to monitor all gaming areas and other public or sensitive areas of our facilities. Video surveillance cameras are used for security purposes, to protect us, our customers and employees. The video cameras are used in many legal matters, both civil and criminal. Surveillance camera output is monitored by our employees and may be viewed by law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
Telemarketing
Even if you registered your telephone number on a Do-Not-Call list, certain exemptions to the law may allow us to contact you by telephone.
