Chef Jeremy Mercado

Chef Jeremy joined the Boot Hill Casino and Resort team in November 2016.  Originally from Dodge City, Chef was excited to move back to the area after spending time in the Kansas City and St. Louis markets working in different restaurants and resorts to perfect his cooking skills.
